Summary - placing your order
Each item is handmade by Heather in her Edinburgh studio.
Most items held in stock are dispatched within 3 working days.
Free Worldwide postage.
All orders wrapped in Heather Woof Jewellery bespoke packaging.

Prices shown on this site are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of goods ordered. Heather reserves the right to refuse an order at any time.
All products remain the property of Heather Woof Jewellery until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.
All transfers conducted through Heather Woof Jewellery are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways, unless requested otherwise, to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption.
All items are handmade by Heather in her Edinburgh Studio. Items held in stock will be dispatched within 3 working days. If a piece will take any longer to dispatch, Heather will be in touch to advise an estimated despatch date.
Some items are made-to-order, including all rings and bespoke requests. Despatch time will depend on the piece. This is stated in the individual product description in the online shop.
If you would like an item for a specific date, please contact Heather and she will do her best to accommodate your requirements.
UK Orders - Free of charge
UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is a next-day service and a signature is required on delivery. International orders will be sent either by Royal Mail Airsure, or International Signed For.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, sales taxes or other import costs.
Returns & exchanges
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for exchange or refund. To be eligible for return, items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging with any enclosed documentation. Please inform Heather of your intention to return items in writing by email as soon as possible.
When returning an item, please ensure that you package it securely and return via a tracked postal service. Returns are at the customers own risk and postage is at the expense of the customer.
Any items that have been specially commissioned, customised or personalised cannot be returned.
Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment within 30 days.
Orders must be cancelled or amended within 24 hours. If you no longer wish to proceed with your purchase you must contact Heather via Email.
Faulty or Incorrect goods
If your goods arrive faulty, or damaged you must inform Heather within 7 days of delivery and she will assist in resolving any issues as quickly as possible. Willfull, malicious damage or negligence will void any rights you have to take advantage of the refund or exchange policies.
When ordering rings it is the customers responsibility to ensure that they have ordered the correct size. See ring sizing guidelines. For further advice on sizing please contact Heather directly and she will be happy to assist.
I aim for photographs, descriptions, sizes and colours are as accurate as possible, however slight variations may occur between pieces. Images may not be actual size. Please refer to individual product dimensions provided for the actual size of each item.
